Skyport Tycoon: building your first profitable hub
Skyport Tycoon tempts you to build everything at once, and that's exactly how I bankrupted my first airport. The early game is really about matching your terminal capacity to your flight schedule, nothing fancier.
Start by adding flights only slightly faster than your current terminals can handle. Watch the passenger happiness meter — if it dips, you've overbooked and need more seating or faster security before you schedule anything new.
Staff matter more than I expected. Understaffing security creates queues that cascade into delays, and delays tank your reputation, which makes future expansion harder. I'd rather over-hire slightly in the early game than deal with that spiral.
The nice thing is the game doesn't punish you for logging off. Set a sustainable schedule, close the app, and come back to a steady pile of income to reinvest. Slow and tidy beats big and chaotic every time here.
