Simulation
Skyport Tycoon
★★★★☆ 4.1
Skyport Tycoon drops you in charge of a single runway and a handful of tiny planes, and the whole loop is about expanding sensibly. You schedule flights, build terminals, hire staff, and try not to let the queues spiral out of control.
The management depth is decent for a mobile sim. You have to balance passenger happiness against costs, and poor planning shows up fast as delays and complaints. We liked that it doesn't nag you to log in constantly — you can leave it alone and the airport keeps ticking over at a reasonable pace.
The UI gets a little cluttered once you're running a big hub, and some late-game upgrades feel samey. But the early expansion phase is genuinely addictive, and it's a comfortable game to sink into on a lazy afternoon.
What we liked
- Satisfying expansion loop
- Real consequences for bad planning
- Relaxed pace with no constant nagging
